1. Daily activity fee is $3. There is an option of paying $25 to cover for entire year in your first or second trip.
2. Activity fee applies also to children and seniors. Babies are free.
3. Children and seniors must come with adult/guidance of same family.
4. Activity fee is waived for leader(s) of the trip or frequent leaders.
5. All participants should sign clearly on a liability waiver and photo release form.
6. Participants will receive a free Hiking Passport on the first trip as a record book.
7. A specially designed stamp will be given at the end of each activity.
8. Replacement of a losing/damaged Passport and stamp are $2 and $1 respectively.
9. Frequent participants will receive immediate benefit after collecting 10 stamps, which is: activity fee will be waived afterwards once the hiker finishes his or her 10th trip. Stamps are counted base on the stamps in the Passport of the same year.
10. Treat is not mandatory during the trip.
11. Carpool fee will be determined according to the location of the activity. Passengers should pay directly to the driver.
12. Visit the website for activity schedule which is subject to change after posting.
13. Sign up deadline (either by phone or email) is Friday noon before the activity unless noted otherwise.
14. Leaders are volunteers, please be courteous to make your call only between 9:00pm-10:30pm.
15. Leaders reserve the right of acceptance of registration base on safety consideration, such as hiking experience, equipment and level of difficulty of the activity.
16. For safety reason, team size will be limited to 50 participants.
17. In case carpool is tight, we follow the rule of First Come First Serve.
18. Donation is welcome. Write check payable to Nature You Club. Donator’s name will be announced on the website.
19. Leaders have the final decision on anything happens during the trip.
20. Leash your pets as stated by Parks rules.
